The staff is friendly, the room is spacious. But the Tv is old-fashioned, and sometime it takes a minute to get the hot water . The cleanliness of the room is acceptable.
The hotel in general is clean but it could use some upgrades or a bit of restoration maintenance. The staff was pretty nice and provided suggestions for dinning other than the restaurant downstairs. The heather wasn't sharply working but it was alright. It's conveniently located on a not so crowded semi-main road and relatively close (by car) to downtown. You can walk to the neighborhood park and to the cinema which is located within a small mall with grocery stores.
The room per se was quite nice. A big comfy bed and enough space. The restaurant had good enough--not great-- food.
My room (318) is nearby to the system for heat the water so was noisy but a soon as I call reception they change us to the room 310 so my boy could sleep. The pool can be cold. Has lift and the rooms are so big. No bell boy available. Depends on the traffic is 10 to 20 minutes to the tourist attractions.

Quiet clean and has some of the most beautiful sunsets available to see from huge bedroom windows. Eloquent building structure in hallway and bedrooms.
I loved everything! The rooms were clean... The food, delicious and the service was perfect!
The experience in the hotel was excellent. The treatment by the employees was excellent, they are friendly and focused on they work. The way the guests have to use the key card is succesful because they need it to open the main dolor and turn on the lights. So, while they are inside the room they shouldn't lose the key card because it is in a specific place and it is excellent. The room was in perfect condition to feel comfortable. It was clean and organizated. Aside, the sound of the air aconditioner isn't annoying, the electric device like tv are old, and WiFi signal was kind of low but it works ok. The food is good. In conclusión, the price of the hotel is good according to the services provided and the confortable it feels.
